Working in the garden today, covering my hugabed (hugelkultur beds) for the winter and discovered wonderful ice art made by the first frost last night. This particular one caught my attention. Not having the ability to draw per se, I have to imitate what already is—which really is art isn’t it?
However, I am unable to take credit for its formation. That is the wonder of nature, it already exists. It is the human eye that is able to capture it—or not, and humankind that is able to preserve and conserve its wonder through stewardship—or not.
